How do I obtain a "Release Code" (Check Out)?
After you complete your kiosk repair as a field technician, you can secure a "Release Code".
A Release Code is necessary to close your Work Order and process your payment. You can usually get this code through the Kiosk Self-Checkout Process or by reaching out to Technical Support to obtain a code.
It's advisable to follow the steps provided in this tool until you exhaust all repair efforts. At this point, you'll be presented with options to communicate with Technical Support to get your Release Code.
